Things We Cannot See

I live for the things I cannot see.
Invisible hopes swirl in me,
I dangle my heart above it all,
Smiling at you — not scared to fall.
I live for the things I cannot see,
The exciting part – what is to be,
And in the dark we'll walk by faith,
For God above does show His face
In all the things we cannot see,
Hope and faith and charity.

But My righteous one shall live by faith; And if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him. (Hebrews 10:38)

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)

And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6)
